How bad an indecisive boss is? Really bad. Really, really,
bad. Why? Because an indecisive boss may fail to weigh the pros and cons of
making a decision in a particular task. Most of the times, an indecisive boss
fails to analyze the situation, easily jumping into decisions without thinking
the end results of the decision.
Contrary to a horrible boss who is indecisive, a great
leader analyzes ever situation whether or not his decision will result to
productivity of the company and camaraderie among his subordinates.
