Francis Magalona died at the age of 44
Who would forget Francis Magalona? I think no one. Everyone will remember his contributions to the Philippine music industry especially in the rap music. Popularly known as Kiko, Francis M, and The Master Rapper, he was able to leave a legacy to the Filipino youth across the nation and around the world through his music. That made him the "King of Pinoy Rap" and earned respect from people.
Francis was raised in a well-off family, being a son of actors Pancho Magalona and Tita Duran, and a grandson of the former Senator Enrique Magalona.
He died on March 6, 2009 due to acute myelogenous leukemia.
When I heard the news about his death, I was reminded of how short life is. Indeed, "life is like a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes."

I see in the spirit a supernatural manifestations of the power and anointing of God being manifest with signs and wonders. The Lord is saying I had heard the cries of My faithful ones who draw nigh unto Me and resist satan. Who hunger for Me and My presence. A people who press into Me intimately in praise and worship and seek my face, I shall come and heal your land. Prepare your hearts for Me My people for I am going to speak clearly marching orders to fulfill your call and destiny to rise up and stand up despite the feiry darts of the enemy. And be a river of Life flowing for Me and My glory. I am raising up My bride to press into Me the bridegroom.
I am releasing waves of My anointing in the Philipines in Dipolog City which will pour out through out the Philipines. I am raising up the five fold ministry in a greater measure to prepare the saints for a mighty harvest of souls for My Glory!!!!!!!!!! The hand of God is upon the Nation of the Philipines, the time is now I am going to flood that Nation with waves of glory of My presence.
So arise and shine for Me for you shall be My light bearers, through letting My spirit guide and direct you. There shall be a renewal of minds and mind sets. I shall release a fresh fire of My Holy Spirit, bringing forth newness of life a new desire to be vessels and conduits of My Glory. Things of the world and natural mindsets will fall off, as your hunger and press into Me!!!!!
I am moving upon churches blowing a fresh wind and a burning desire for souls to reach out upon the walls of the church building. I see in the spirit fires burning many fires. It is time to get back to the book of acts I see house meetings where people gather and see a mighty outpouring of supernatural gifts. The prophetic gifting is being stirred in this hour, there will be many raised up to release the words and oracles to bring edification, exhortation and comfort to My people.
Get ready for this is the season of renewal and revival in your land. Let go of the physical senses and be led by My spiritual senses I given you eyes, ears and a heart. Eyes to see the spiritual things, ears to hear from Me and act and obey to My voice. Also a heart after Me where the feelings and emotions flow. My word says don,t be moved by what you feel in the natural. But people with a heart after Me will feel My presence and My anointing bubbling up and they shall be releasers of Life.

Prophecy for the Philippines by Lou Engle
Lord, I just thank you for Jerome and what you’re doing in the Philippines, the prophecy that the Philippines will be an aircraft carrier to Southeast Asia. It just came to me, while I’m speaking now, about the new breed of flyers. And the Lord had given us a whole experience in San Diego of dreams and going on in an aircraft carrier, and launching the new breed of pilots who will fly into the nations with a call.
I feel like the Lord is saying to me, you are my arrow. Jerome, the Philippine YOUTH ARMY IS YOUR BOW and that you are going to give them FOCUS to shoot the arrow in the Southeast Asia and this whole Jesus Revolution is about FULFILLING YOUR CALLING AS A NATION, as aircraft carriers to launch the flyers and you’re going to get tens of thousands praying on a day. You’ll have tens of thousands praying on a day. Blow, open a door in Thailand. Blow; open a door in the Malaysia.
And there’ll be increasing army of intercessors behind you that begin to blow open the way TO MAKE YOU AN ARROW, A BREAKER ANOINTING. And it’s not an accident that Thailand is going to open up.
Kreingsak, we pray for Kreingsak. We pray that, God, out of the call, we declare it, that healing in that city will take place, in the name of Jesus. We prophesy unity and reconciliation through the movings of the call in Bangkok that they will receive that man, in Jesus name, God. No more will that lie exist.
And God will INCREASE HIS STORM and Malaysia will begin to rumble under that sound. Let that arrow shoot through. Link these guys as brothers and friends in Jesus Name. Hallelujah, Lord. Link them as comrades in this thing in the name of Jesus, God. Launch it.

That woman is going to raise up a mighty house of prayer holding back darkness right now, holding back the incursion of violence against the church there. In Jesus Name we just say, Lord, let the arrows strike Malaysia, an open door that no one can shut, we pray for awakening rod, God, over Southeast Asia, God we pray open door for the call to come.
And use Jerome as an apostle. Lord, I lay my hands upon him and I pray, God, set him apart as an apostle of the call, in Jesus’ Name, not the organization but the whole movement. Yes, the organization coz you’re using this Call to ride but we prophesy as a movement of massive fasting and prayer that precedes the great awakening…___________ that’s Malaysia, we declare it in Jesus’ Name. Lord I just pray and know that major leaders…The Lord is saying I want you to pray for major leaders in Malaysia and Indonesia that are going to be radically taken over by the Lord. And they’re going to be fulfillment of Isaiah 52… Just as they were appalled with him, his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any man his form marred beyond human likeness, so will he sprinkle many nations and kings will shut their mouths because of him… against Christianity, the same thing is going to happen in India, they’re going to shut their mouths because of the revelation of the cross… even if they’re not converted there’d be a holy fear of God and a reverence of the Lord and their mouths shall be shut because of him.
For what they were not told they shall see. God’s going to appear to them, give them a revelation of the cross and what they have not heard they will understand. So Lord, I know that is going to happen in Malaysia. Lord, I thank you for Jim prophesying, Lord, and the alignment of nations for the last days.
And these nations, even those represented here today, the Lord is saying, I am giving you my covenant for these days to open your nations back up and I will heal your land and in the healing of these lands I will overturn governments that have been in opposition to me and I will arrest men and women like the apostle Paul and I will turn them around for my glory.
And do not despise this day, do not be afraid of these things, the Lord says, I am getting ready for a holy invasion of my fear that will put trembling in the hearts of people as in the days of Rahab, I’m going to get ready to use some of these men.
Lord, I thank you Lord, for an apostolic anointing, like in the days of Moses, coming upon these men and women. Lord, to shake nations for your glory upon Australia, Malaysia, Lord, upon the Philippines, Lord. And we thank you for an incredible favor that is coming even not too many days ahead because there’s a radical youth revolution, the Lord says, it’s barely being birthed but I’m brining it out.
Aren’t you the one from the Philippines?
I see the head of this righteous revolution. It is a holy, radical, revolution of righteousness and of holiness and purity. And the Lord says, I’m going to radically save young people and I’m going to cast demons out of them immediately at the altar call. The Lord says, you to start praying for me to RADICALLY SAVE young people and they will be delivered, the Lord says.
They’ll come up the ground ready to go out and prophesy and especially evangelize in their school system, in their colleges for the Lord says I’m bringing a radical deliverance ministry of evangelism through these young men, the Lord says, fast and seek me for I shall radically save them at those mighty altar calls of mass movements of youth in your nation. I felt that there was something for Germany but then it kept on getting Southeast Asia….
Thank you Lord of Host, bless you, Lord Jesus…. I’ve been saying this for a few years, so I’m just going to start with what I know.
There is going to be a piercing of the Islamic veil. It is going to break open. And even as the Word of the Lord came forth through different prophetic loops…. _____ will become clean vessels _____.... So I even speak that the Islamic veil is going to be torn in two in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
And even though the Lord could choose a nation that could appear to be less volatile like Singapore, the Lord is going to put His finger down for a militant reason in Malaysia. And there is a fertile field called desperation, it’s a fertile field called desperation that is in Malaysia. It is a spiritual Malays that is beginning to creep in, in other places for there ____ has been ____ of Christianity that now there are places where it is desperate…
There will come forth a minority report, a minority report. There will come a minority report of lands that are desperate. In the minority report that these desperate lands will sound greater before the throne of God, when even the passive cries that come forth from nations that are in spiritual Malays that though volume of people could be more, it is the cry of desperation that will catch the Lord’s attention.
And so I just call forth that the hand of the Lord will come down upon Malaysia in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And I speak that laws are going to change in this land. The Lord has got something, a great surprise in store for Malaysia. He’s got a spiritual invasion that is in store for the Land of Malaysia. Malaysia, the Lord is going to be a crossing that is going to occur between Thailand and the Philippines and in Malaysia.
And yet Singapore has the strategic place in the middle of it all that is a center of strategy. It’s almost going to be a place where they can come together to strategize. Where they can come together from out of… to where the warfare could be only both be too intense to even hear of the Lord’s strategies in their own land. The Lord will call forth like almost strategic centers where strategies will come forth, where strategies will be released in Singapore.
He’s going to call them forth from out of Vietnam; He’s going to call them forth from out of Malaysia. He’s going to call them from the Philippines, He’s going to call them from Thailand. He’s going to call them from Laos. He’s going to call them from these different nations. There’s even going to be a secret agent that will come from Burma. And the Lord is going to call forth and there will be a gathering…. Singapore is will be used as a strategizing center, a strategizing center, to be an apostolic strategizing center for the purpose of bringing breakthroughs.
There will be a HOLY ALLIANCE that will happen between the Philippines, between Thailand and between Malaysia. They will come into a STRATEGIC HOLY SPIRIT ALLIANCE for where two and three have come into agreement then Jesus will appear in their midst.
And the Lord is going to bring remnants, remnant people of desperation into alliance, peoples of the PHILIPPINES WHO KNOW HOW TO OVERTHROW, who know how to overthrow, who know of the overthrow of authority, to know how to overthrow. And the Lord is going to take that strategy of overthrowing and you’re going to mingle in the strategizing of overthrowing over into Southeast Asia, over into these regions and into these lands.
And then out of this, OUT OF THIS RING OF FIRE, OUT OF THE RING OF FIRE, OUT OF THIS RING OF FIRE, OUT OF THIS RING OF FIRE, there’s going be a jumping that will happen in into Indonesia, in the name of the Lord.
There will be again strategic understanding in Singapore, there will be a prophetic call, there will be a prophetic act, it’s a prophetic act, there’s a prophetic act…. that’s going to happen in Malaysia that has something to do with twin towers, but it’s now going to be as twin religions of Buddhism and Islamism.
And there’s going to be two towers that will fall in a day, two towers that will fall in a day, two towers that will fall in a day, and when they fall they will jump forth, they will spring forth over into Indonesia. When it goes into Indonesia, it will be uncontainable fire that is going to pop from island to island and village to village. And it will even result as it would be almost like a civil war (an uncivil war?) that will break into, that would break forth into that region that will be the days of light versus the days of darkness, the days of desperateness versus the days of militancy. But the Lord is going to cause two towers of idols to fall, of idols to fall; they shall fall for Jesus Christ’s sake.

Jerome, the Lord would say to the Philippines -I am shaking everything that can be shaken so that no man can glory in what I will do. For I have waited for a generation that I could raise up a purity and a holiness in. And I am raising up firebrands!
There is a forerunner anointing coming upon the youth of the Philippines that will prepare the way of the Lord, even into the Middle East. Look and see what I will do in Mindanao. For I am going to visit in a way that you cannot imagine! I am coming to Mindanao, says the Lord, as God and the Lord of Hosts, and I am going to start appearing. As a sign that I am going to truly change the nation, I am going to show myself to the guerilla leaders. I am going to come, says the Lord, and I am going to begin at the places in the Philippines that have been the bloodiest; the places where the guerillas' insurrection have been the strongest. And I am going to come with signs and wonders and miracles! I am getting ready to pour out a miracle anointing upon the Philippines such as the earth has never seen! For Indonesia, they had a mighty rushing wind. But in the Philippines they will have the fire from heaven that will begin to fall! And this will be a purging fire! And I will say, I will visit even as if in a day, says God. Do not think that I am not able to come in a day and begin to unravel the iniquities of the nation, says the Lord!
I am going to visit the military. I am getting ready to come among the young in the military. And the Lord says, there's going to be a revolution of righteousness that comes within the military.
I'm getting ready to dethrone everything that needs to be dethroned, for even the bowls of heaven are full. Oh, I see the bowls in heaven are just getting ready to be tipped over the Philippines and I am going to spill out my glory!
And the Lord says, I will remove the shame that Satan has tried to put upon this nation! And the Lord says, look and see, for even the blood of the martyrs cries out from Saudi Arabia! The blood of the martyrs cries out from those Islamic nations, and my Filipino people that have laid their lives down. Do not think I haven't seen it! Do not think I am looking away! Do not think I do not see you! Do not think I do not see you, Philippines; for I see you! You are the apple of my eye! You are a treasure unto me!
This is the day and this is the hour when I begin to change everything, says the Lord! I'm going to change the judicial system. I'm going to dethrone corrupt judges. I'm getting ready to deal with the police force. I'm going to expose, expose, expose, expose!
And the Lord says, look and see what I will do! For I will open up my treasure chest from the Philippines! And I am going to release finances for the Philippines that will surprise and shake even Hongkong! For I am getting ready to move a distribution of wealth, says God. And I am getting ready to open the oil! I am getting ready to open that which is in the ocean! I'm getting ready to bring forth a revolution even in the economic systems, in the finance systems!
Look to the university in Manila, says God. For I am going to bring a revival that the-Oh my Lord!--- the Lord says, not hundreds, but thousands and thousands and thousands are going to get saved!! The Lord says, can I touch a whole university? Yes I can touch a whole university! I can come with my glory and I can come with my power in ways that you cannot imagine!
For I am coming, says God! I am coming and I will remain, says the Lord!

NATIONAL FAST FOR THE COMING ELECTIONS
The Lord shows me, over the Philippines there is a PRINCIPALITY OF CORRUPTION, and this corruption has been so systemic, and so deep, and this principality thinks it controls the Philippines. But the Lord is showing me that there will be a NATIONAL FAST, praying - everyone, the north, the south, the east and west, the whole church, not part of the church, standing up and FASTING and PRAYING. There should not be a day that there isn’t fasting going on for the Philippines.
And I am calling you, wherever you are, the Lord is saying, ‘LOVE YOUR NATION.” This is a strategic nation. Fast for the elections coming up, cry out to God, that in the next election God is gonna move in a massive way, the spirit of corruption will be broken.

AIDS Scandal at Karate Kid Restaurant, Walter Mart, Makati City

And the boy says he had take-away one afternoon a food from WALTER MART MAKATI ” a KARATE KID fast food”. The hospital team went there to check. They found out that the cook had a cut on his finger while cutting the food ingredients, and his blood had spread in the food.
The blood was un-noticeable. When they had his blood checked… the guy was suffering from AIDS but he himself was not aware.
Makati Med and “Karate Kid” refused to comment in this issue BUT locals said that the COOK was known as a “Playboy” Which lives near the area.

A screen shot of the bogus Web site carrying the Karate Kid story has been circulating in Internet forums apparently to discredit GMANews.TV and the restaurant.
Legitimate Web sites can easily be faked through digital photo editing software applications. In the case of the fake GMANews.TV Web site, the perpetrators obviously made a screen grab of the nation page that contained the Red Cross kidnapping story, altered the copied page with a bogus Karate Kid story and posted it online using an obscure URL http://gmanewstv.comoj.com/karatekidaids.htm. This Web site does not belong to GMANews.TV or any of its affiliates, including its parent company, GMA Network Inc. and its Internet unit, GMA New Media Inc.
A comparison of the fake Web site and the GMANews.TV will reveal these glaring differences:
First, the fake Web site used all capital letters in the headline. These are not the style of GMANews.TV even if it is the end of the world.
Second, the fake Web site used triple exclamation points. These are also not the style of GMANews.TV.
Third, the fake Web site used a text font type that is different from the one used by GMANews.TV.
Fourth, articles tagged as related stories were about the kidnapping of International Committee of the Red Cross in Sulu.
Moreover, GMANews.TV has no writer named Karen Balagtsun, the supposed author of the atrocious news item.
GMANews.TV is continuing its investigation into the matter and we intend to make public the results of this inquiry.
Whoever is responsible for the fake site probably means it as a joke. While we here at GMANews.TV can take a joke, we take our journalism seriously. As such, we take this incident as an attack on the integrity not only of the GMANews.TV but also on the whole institution.

Kuya Sean's Arrival in the Philippines
December 18, 2008–One of the most memorable days of my life. For a simple yet important reason: Kuya Sean arrived here in the Philippines for the 3rd time. For the next 21 days since his arrival, I expected that many things would happen. It’s a time of reunion. A time where I could spend my time with him whom I consider as a spritual father and brother to me, a Tatay and Kuya to that effect. I was happy because I was the one who first saw him the moment he stepped on the Philippine soil, lol. :-D I met him at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. After two hours, Jojo and his parents arrived. Kuya Sean and I went to a nearby Figaro and bought cappucino. Kuya Sean took pictures and videos of me (as usual). He’s a picture-and-video addict, lol! Same with most of us guys. Hahaha.

Swiss President Pascal Couchepin
Federalism is a proposed system of administration for the Philippines and a revision of the current 1987 constitution. Under Joint Resolution No. 10, proposed by senator Aquilino Pimentel, Jr., the creation of eleven autonomous regions out of the Philippine Republic which would establish centers of finance and development in the archipelago.[1]
The resolution will require the revision of 14 of the existing 18 Articles of the 1987 Philippine Constitution and the addition of two new articles. It seeks to adopt a federal presidential bicameral form of government.
This proposed bill is backed by the 13 senators of the Philippines:

Eleven States
The states would be Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, Southern Tagalog, Bicol, Minparom (Mindoro, Palawan, and Romblon), Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Western Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Southern Mindanao and Bangsamoro.[3] These would be similar to the US 50 states.

Metro Manila will be patterned to the US Washington, D.C., and will be the seat of the Federal government. [3]

Other major proposals: the election of senators based on states; the election of senators representing overseas voters; the election of the president and the vice-president as a team; the abolition of the Judicial and Bar Council which screens nominees to the judiciary etc.[4]
House Concurrent Resolution No. 15
Rep. Monico O. Puentevella on May 7, 2008, filed House Concurrent Resolution No. 15 which supported Senate Resolution No. 10 backed by 16 senators. Unlike the Nene Pimentel Senate Resolution, Puentevella included the option of holding a constitutional convention, but excluded the People's Initiative mode.[5] Prospero Nograles, a self-proclaimed advocate of federalism, on May 1, 2008, announced: "This federal system of government is close to my heart as a Mindanaoan leader and I'm sure most of the leaders in Mindanao will agree that we have long clamored for it. Senate Resolution 10 is a pleasant surprise because the Senate has a long history of opposing any move to amend the Constitution." [6] The joint Senate resolution called for the creation of 11 federal states in the country, by convening of Congress “into a constituent assembly for the purpose of revising the Constitution to establish a federal system of government.”

She is calling for a constitutional amendment… in order to bring about the Bangsamoro Juridical Entity. An opportunity should be given to the whole country to avail of the reform effects of federalism. The sentiment of many people there is to give local officials more authority in order to perform better. And the federal set-up is the way forward to this. The President has approved the way forward and there’s no question about it. If she has the political will to do it she has to muster political will in spite of all these noises.”[8]
Meanwhile, La Union Representative Victor Ortega of La Union, chairman of the House committee on constitutional amendments said, the results of his survey showed that 115 (94.26%) of the 123 solons were in favor of amending the Constitution. However, opposition and leftist lawmakers questioned the results and intent of Ortega’s survey, and called Arroyo’s proposal a ploy for her “perpetuation in power” and the removal of protectionist provisions in the Charter. Ortega’s survey showed 62 respondents favor Charter change through a constitutional assembly, and 89 respondents were in favor of shifting to a parliamentary form of government compared to 56 who voted for federalism, while 70 respondents preferred to amend the Constitution after the 2010 presidential elections. Members of the committee on constitutional amendments would vote by the end August on whether to amend the Constitution or not.[9]
