Basic Function: Responsible for performing Help Desk functions
and ensures that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance , including Managing all
Procedures related to the identification , prioritization and resolution
of all end user help requests, monitoring, tracking and
coordination of Help Desk functions.
lt is also responsible for contributing to problem resolution by giving in
– person , hands-on support to end users at the desktop level.
Preference: Diplomacy skills and sufficient credibility
to negotiate and communicate with a diversity of stakeholders and support teams
regarding the Change Management and
Service Level Management tools processes; Writing process documents and guidelines based on ITIL standards.
Knowledge on PC and Network support; Background on
Service Desk function; solid customer -orientation
and good communication skills.
