Basic Function: Responsible for providing administrative
and technical support to the Officer lV in the organizing and implementation of the operating plans, strategies, policies, procedures and control systems in the Department/Unit
.
Preference: With background on Information Technology, has the capability to perform administrative functions. Has good communication skills and capability to handle events and vendors coordination.

Eligibility: Career Service Professional or any appropriate eligibility for second level position

Basic Function: Responsible for performing Help Desk functions and ensures that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance ,  including Managing all
Procedures related to the identification ,  prioritization  and resolution
of all end user help requests, monitoring, tracking and coordination of Help Desk functions.

lt is also responsible for  contributing to problem resolution by giving in – person , hands-on support to end users at the desktop level.

Preference: Diplomacy skills and sufficient credibility to negotiate and communicate with a diversity of stakeholders and support teams  regarding the Change Management and Service Level  Management tools  processes; Writing process documents and  guidelines based on ITIL standards.

Knowledge on PC and Network support; Background on Service  Desk function; solid customer -orientation and good communication  skills.

Training: 8 hours relevant training
Experience:1year relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service Professional or any appropriate eligibility for
second level position

Basic Function: Responsible for translating software requirements into concise
And Robust programming  code
Preference: With JAVA or Oracle Forms programming  experience

Other factors that would be considered are competence and knowledge of the job;  critical/logical thinking; leadership; personality/interpersonal skills; communication skills  (verbal and written), and for internal applicants, Performance  Appraisal Ratings for the  last two (2) rating periods.
