What is striking is that all the 17 members of Taguig City Council, including the nine who approved the budget, are from Kilusang Diwa ng Taguig, the political party of defeated candidate former Supreme Court Associate Justice Dante Tinga.
Mayor Lani Cayetano is the wife of the Senator Allan Peter Cayetano.
