I called SSS many times since last year to assist me for my online account but to no avail until yesterday. Whoever that lady who assisted me on the phone, I just want to express my gratitude to her. That was an excellent customer service!

You may now log-in to the SSS Website Member tab using the details
below:
USERID: (deleted)
Password: (deleted)

This same password shall be used as your "OLD PASSWORD" when you reach the process of Changing Password. After that, try to come up with a totally different "NEW PASSWORD" that you haven't used in the SSS website then just re-type the same in the "CONFIRM PASSWORD" entry/field. PASSWORD must have a minimum of 8 characters and maximum of 20 characters; alphanumeric in sequence if needed.

Once logged-in, you can update your email address and other personal information by clicking on "Update Profile" to encode the correct information.
