Due to heavy rains for few days now, CLASSES WERE SUSPENDED TODAY in the National Capital Region from elementary level to high school.
There is no typhoon signal issuance from PAG-ASA yet but the Department of Education gives the authority to school principals and division superintendents to declare suspension of classes if needed.
